  • This business idea, the Thor shooting range, is a company dedicated to providing services to natural and legal persons for training in handling short-range weapons and selling products for shooting practice, all of the above with the aim of training and Strengthen knowledge in the use of weapons. Among the goals envisioned by the company in the medium and long term is to achieve nationwide coverage of shooting ranges specialized in teaching and to develop affordable and innovative products for shooting practice. The market niche is classified into two types: 1) natural persons is a population between 18 and 34 years of age and 2) surveillance companies, security departments, embassies and private security and surveillance training academies. The value proposition and the differentiating aspects of the business model are, firstly, a rapid management of reservations, granting availability at any time, secondly, an agile and fast work methodology in which the student learns and acquires basic skills in the use of firearms and, thirdly, a standardization of innovative, replicable and massive exercises without the need for a tutor for the most experienced. Currently the other polygons have not standardized their processes, so a reserve has many variables depending on the client, on the other hand, as they are businesses that occur as family members, they have not structured a uniform business plan that can be replicated or communicated clearly on a massive scale. and concise. Taking into account the shortcomings of the competition, the Thor shooting range has focused efforts on technology and the efficient management of human talent, creating value for each position in the construction of knowledge for the transfer and efficient management with performance indicators for good job development. Regarding the financial perspective of the business, some polygon standards have been defined by the regulatory entities and adapted to our business model to make it more profitable. In this sense, the cost of creating a closed polygon based on the Thor model is of around 70 million pesos, taking into account the working capital and the capital of assets, however, in case of establishing a company for the first time, the investment can exceed 120 million pesos.
