El objetivo general del programa es fortalecer las capacidades de la sociedad, el Estado y la academia colombianos en la consolidación de la democracia y la paz a través de la contribución teórica y técnica sobre la implementación de los procesos de restitución de tierras contemplados en la Ley de víctimas 1448 del 10 de junio de 2011. El programa además tiene como objetivo fundamental la conformación y consolidación de una red académica que tenga como eje central la construcción de indicadores
The general objective of the programme is to strengthen the capacities of Colombian society, the State and academia in the consolidation of democracy and peace through theoretical and technical contributions on the implementation of the land restitution processes contemplated in Victims Act 1448 of 10 June 2011. The programme also has as its fundamental objective the creation and consolidation of an academic network whose central axis is the construction of indicators.
