Caracterizar la estructura y diversidad genética de Triatoma dimidiata, P. geniculatus y Trypanosoma cruzi recolectados en Boyacá y la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta (SNSM), mediante Secuenciación de Nueva Generación (NGS). La ejecución, manejo y control del proyecto están a cargo de la Universidad del Rosario, Facultad de Ciencias Naturales, Grupo de Investigaciones Microbiológicas-UR (GIMUR). Los individuos se colectaron en campo y las actividades están amparadas por el permiso marco de colecta emitido por la ANLA (Decreto 1376 de 2013). Este proyecto no requiere permiso de acceso a recursos genéticos al ser investigación básica no comercial en el área de ecología y evolución.
This work is aimed to characterize the structure and genetic diversity of T. dimidiata, P. geniculatus and T. cruzi collected in Boyacá and the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta (SNSM), using New Generation Sequencing (NGS). The execution, management and control of the project oversee the Universidad del Rosario, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Microbiological Research Group-UR (GIMUR). The individuals will be collected in the field and the activities will be covered by the framework collection permit issued by the ANLA (Decree 1376 of 2013). This project does not require permission to access genetic resources as it is non-commercial basic research in ecology and evolution.
