• Analizar la implementación del componente restaurativo ¬- procedimientos, mecanismos, prácticas y discursos relativos a la justicia - en la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz (JEP) a partir de una mirada etnográfica de los casos priorizados y los relatos de los actores involucrados -víctimas, operadores judiciales y comparecientes.
To analyze the implementation of the restorative component - procedures, mechanisms, practices and discourses related to justice - in the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) from an ethnographic perspective of the prioritized cases and the accounts of the actors involved - victims, judicial operators and participants.
