Transformational leadership has been positively related to organizational performance, however, there is still no clarity as to how such a relationship occurs. Likewise, it has been observed that this style of leadership is associated, in an independent manner, with the decision making of the directors and with organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether decision-making styles have a moderating effect on the relationship between leadership and end performance.
