the main objective of the project is to analyse the relations between the constitution of the political agency and the development of democracy and more specifically the overlap between what could be called the moral character of citizens, duties and obligations and democratic processes in contexts of democratic societies where the idea that citizens are first and foremost holders of rights prevails.
