In view of the culmination of the current government of the city of Bogota, it is interesting to make an analysis of the development of the government plan and how it has influenced the transformations of the city during the last four years. In this sense, it is important to contrast the perception of the inhabitants of the city with that of the official entities and other actors that impact the advance of the city around citizen security processes that make it possible to construct city scenarios.
