abstract

  • La turbulencia del entorno ha sido estudiada desde hace más de 60 años por la literatura gerencial. Durante este tiempo se han logrado identificar factores generadores de turbulencia y documentar casos de empresas que han logrado gestionar con éxito ese fenómeno. De acuerdo con Rivera (2010) a pesar de los avances aún quedan temas sin explorar, específicamente lo que tiene que ver con la gestión de la turbulencia en situaciones de adversidad extrema.
  • The turbulence of the environment has been studied for over 60 years by management literature. During this time, it has been possible to identify factors generating turbulence and document cases of companies that have successfully managed this phenomenon. According to Rivera (2010), despite the progress made, there are still issues to be explored, specifically regarding the management of turbulence in situations of extreme adversity.
