La presente propuesta de proyecto de investigación pretende apoyar las líneasde investigación de ‘Seguridad, Paz y Conflictos’ y ‘Dinámicas y gestiónterritoriales’ de la Facultad, así como al Observatorio Colombiano de CrimenOrganizado. Normalmente, estas dos líneas de investigación no suelen realizaraproximaciones investigativas en conjunto, sin embargo, a partir de lasperspectivas teóricas de ‘Organizaciones como sistemas sociales’ y de ‘Sistemascomplejos adaptativos’ se proyecta poder explicar las dinámicas de adaptacióny flexibilidad del narcotráfico marítimo en las Américas a través de la utilizaciónde instrumentos de la simulación de sistemas sociales. Por la naturaleza deltema, esto puede estar enmarcado como proyecto asociado a lasinvestigaciones que se llevan a cabo en el Observatorio Colombiano de CrimenOrganizado.Las perspectivas teóricas mencionadas en el párrafo anterior permitirán analizary explicar el comportamiento flexible, adaptable y evolutivo del sistemaorganizacional transnacional del narcotráfico marítimo. Adicionalmente, lapresente propuesta investigativa pretenderá comprender las lógicas delcomportamiento de los actores, las tareas que desempeñan, el funcionamientode los centros de producción, la distribución, los modos de transporte, y susrutas. Todas estas variables, dentro del sistema, están sujetas a continuosprocesos de cambio que tienen que ver con las necesidades impuestas por lascondiciones del contexto.
This proposal for a research project aims to support the following lines of actionof research on 'Security, Peace and Conflict' and 'Dynamics and Managementof the Faculty, as well as the Colombian Crime Observatory.Organized. Normally, these two lines of research do not usually carry outresearch approaches as a whole, however, from the perspective of thetheoretical perspectives of 'Organisations as social systems' and 'Systemsadaptive complexes' is projected to be able to explain the dynamics of adaptationand flexibility of maritime narco-trafficking in the Americas through the use of theof social systems simulation instruments. By the nature of thesubject, this can be framed as a project associated with theinvestigations being carried out at the Colombian Crime Observatory (Observatorio Colombiano de Crimen).Organized.The theoretical perspectives mentioned in the previous paragraph will make it possible to analyzeand explain the flexible, adaptable and evolutionary behaviour of the systemthe transnational organization of maritime narco-trafficking. In addition, theThis research proposal will seek to understand the logics of thethe behaviour of the actors, the tasks they perform, the way they functionof production centres, distribution, modes of transport, and theirroutes. All these variables, within the system, are subject to continuousprocesses of change that have to do with the requirements imposed by thecontext conditions.
