abstract
El objetivo general de este proyecto es fortalecer capacidades para el desarrollo de emprendimientos perdurables que contribuyan a los procesos de Construcción de Paz (CP) y de Desarrollo Local y Regional (DLyR). Este objetivo busca atender cuatro necesidades o problemáticas identificadas: La primera, es suplir un vacío en la literatura relacionado con la naturaleza de instituciones que incentiven le creación de emprendimientos productivos para la CP y el DLyR, La segunda, es comprender y proponer marcos institucionales que contribuyan al desarrollo del emprendimiento con personas que han sido afectadas por el conflicto. La tercera, es atender a una necesidad expresada por el Gobierno nacional sobre la pertinencia de la producción de conocimiento por parte de las universidades, que genere insumos para la formulación de estrategias para un escenario de postconflicto relacionadas con modelos de generación de ingresos que identifiquen riesgos para la sostenibilidad de proyectos de emprendimiento, además de generar investigación de contexto de dimensión socioeconómica y de seguridad El objetivo general de este proyecto es fortalecer capacidades para el desarrollo de emprendimientos perdurables que contribuyan a los procesos de Construcción de Paz (CP) y de Desarrollo Local y Regional (DLyR). The general objective of this project is to strengthen capacities for the development of sustainable ventures that contribute to the Peace Building (PC) and Local and Regional Development (DLyR) processes. This objective seeks to address four identified needs or problems: The first is to fill a gap in literature related to the nature of institutions that encourage the creation of productive ventures for the COP and DL&R. The second is to understand and propose institutional frameworks that contribute to the development of entrepreneurship with people who have been affected by the conflict.
