abstract

  • El objetivo de este proyecto es identificar y validar empíricamente el efecto de factores, contextuales y del liderazgo, que promueven en los trabajadores estados de bienestar, compromiso y crecimiento, y a través de ello, un desempeño individual y organizacional que aporte a las exigentes demandas del entorno. A partir de la revisión de la literatura, se desarrollarán modelos conceptuales los cuales serán probados empíricamente Se dará un especial énfasis al estudio del comportamiento organizacional desde una perspectiva positiva que claramente marca los desarrollos del área en este siglo, en cuanto se ajusta a la concepción actual del trabajo y lo que se espera de él. Así mismo, los adelantos en esta área ofrecen la posibilidad de aplicación practica de los resultados para la dirección de las organizaciones.
  • The objective of this project is to identify and empirically validate the effect of contextual and leadership factors that promote in workers states of well-being, commitment and growth, and through this, an individual and organizational performance that contributes to the demanding requirements of the environment. From the literature review, conceptual models will be developed and empirically tested. Special emphasis will be given to the study of organizational behavior from a positive perspective that clearly marks the developments of the area in this century, as it adjusts to the current conception of work and what is expected of it. Likewise, the advances in this area offer the possibility of practical application of the results for the management of organizations.
