Evaluar la asociación entre la diversidad genética de Trypanosoma cruzi circulando en personas residentes en Colombia, la expresión clínica de la infección y la respuesta al tratamiento tripanocida disponible, para contribuir a la Estratificación del riesgo y la efectividad de la terapia utilizada en el país.
To evaluate the association between the genetic diversity of Trypanosoma cruzi circulating in people living in Colombia, the clinical expression of the infection and the response to the available trypanocidal treatment, in order to contribute to risk stratification and the effectiveness of the therapy used in the country.
