El objetivo principal de este proyecto es analizar la contribución diferenciada de las dimensiones de liderazgo ético a la sostenibilidad organizacional, la moderación de la congruencia moral de los líderes-seguidores, la cultura ética organizacional y la cultura nacional, y comparar estas relaciones entre culturas.
The main objective of this project is to analyze the differentiated contribution of the ethical leadership dimensions to organizational sustainability, the moderation of the leaders-followers’ moral congruence, organizational ethical culture and national culture, and to compare these relationships across cultures
