El artículo plantea como objetivo aproximarse a las diversas formas en las cuales se “habla” el agua en el derecho y al menos mostrar los fenómenos plurales que contiene a través de la siguiente división capitular: una parte que realizará algunas precisiones sobre las diferentes formas de hablar el derecho sea considerado pluralismo jurídico o no, que está presente en los actuales ordenamientos jurídicos y otra en donde se plantearán los mínimos legales relacionados con el agua desde los cuales se configuran los distintos idiomas legales, para terminar con unas conclusiones. La metodología utilizada se soporta tanto en el estudio documental dogmático como en métodos etnográficos.
The article aims to approach the various ways in which water is “spoken” in law and at least show the plural phenomena it contains through the following chapter division: a part that will make some clarifications about the different forms of speaking the law is considered legal pluralism or not, which is present in the current legal systems and another where the legal minimums related to water will be raised from which the different legal languages are configured, to end with some conclusions. The methodology used is supported by both dogmatic documentary study and ethnographic methods.
