En el año 2017, se constituyó una línea de investigación dentro del semillero Inclusión democrática vía judicial con el objetivo de fortalecer las actividades de investigación de estudiantes y asistentes de investigación de la Universidad del Rosario vinculados al proyecto Formalización de derechos de propiedad agraria e (in)seguridad: ¿una relación de doble vía? que tiene como objetivo comprender y analizar la relación entre la formalización de la tierra y la seguridad física y jurídica de los predios y de quienes acceden a este beneficio. Además, durante el segundo semestre del 2017 se vincularon al semillero varios estudiantes de la Universidad Javeriana dado que el proyecto se realiza en conjunto con dos investigadores principales de esta universidad. El proyecto surge de la necesidad de fortalecer las capacidades investigativas de los miembros vinculados al semillero, a través de actividades de investigación como revisión documental, diseño de herramientas metodológicas, sistematización de la información y análisis de trabajo de campo, con el fin de presentar los resultados de más de un año de trabajo en diferentes espacios de difusión: plataformas digitales, publicaciones universitarias y congresos internacionales.
In 2017, a line of research was established within the seedbed Democratic Inclusion via the courts with the aim of strengthening the research activities of students and research assistants at the Universidad del Rosario linked to the project Formalization of agrarian property rights and (in)security: a two-way relationship? which aims to understand and analyze the relationship between land formalization and the physical and legal security of land and those who access this benefit. In addition, during the second semester of 2017 several students from the Universidad Javeriana were linked to the seedbed since the project is being carried out in conjunction with two principal researchers from this university. The project arises from the need to strengthen the research capabilities of the members linked to the seedbed, through research activities such as document review, design of methodological tools, systematization of information and analysis of field work, in order to present the results of more than a year of work in different spaces of dissemination: digital platforms, university publications and international conferences.
