Los programas de Fonoaudiología del país poseen diferentes apuestas curriculares en la formación de profesionales, dichas propuestas buscan dar respuesta a las necesidades del territorio y a los contextos laborales, por lo cual es necesario conocer los resultados que son realmente requeridos y como los programas forman para ello. Dado lo anterior, la presente propuesta de investigación pretende dar respuesta a la convocatoria de la Asociación Colombiana de Facultades de Fonoaudiología (ASOFON) por medio de un estudio de enfoque mixto de tipo descriptivo, que busca la identificación de los resultados de aprendizaje requeridos en el contexto laboral de egresados de los programas de Fonoaudiología a nivel nacional, los resultados de esta investigación propenderán por la calidad de la formación de los fonoaudiólogos del país relacionados con los requerimientos del decreto 1330 de 2019 del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, para esto se realizará recolección de datos a través de la aplicación de un instrumento que incluye preguntas cerradas de selección múltiple y tipo Likert, y preguntas abiertas que permitan acceder al discurso de los profesionales participantes, y el análisis de la información se realizará mediante de los softwares SPSS y NVivo.
The programs of Phonoaudiology of the country have different curricular proposals in the training of professionals, these proposals seek to respond to the needs of the territory and labor contexts, so it is necessary to know the results that are really required and how the programs form for it. Given the above, this research proposal aims to respond to the call of the Colombian Association of Faculties of Phonoaudiology (ASOFON) through a mixed approach study of descriptive type, which seeks to identify the learning outcomes required in the labor context of graduates of the programs of Phonoaudiology nationwide, The results of this research will promote the quality of the training of the country's speech therapists related to the requirements of decree 1330 of 2019 of the Ministry of National Education, for this purpose, data collection will be carried out through the application of an instrument that includes closed multiple choice and Likert-type questions, and open questions that allow access to the discourse of the participating professionals, and the analysis of the information will be performed through the SPSS and NVivo softwares.
