General Objective: Determine the appropriate and reliable sources of statistical and legal information to be able to characterize patrimonial and economic violence in Colombia.Specific Objective 1: Carry out a sweep to identify available sources of official and unofficial statistical information that make it possible to collect data on patrimonial and economic violence that affects women.Specific Objective 2: Analyze the data provided by official and unofficial statistical information sources in order to offer a first characterization of the patrimonial and economic violence that affects women.Specific Objective 3: Carry out an identification sweep of jurisprudence in the high courts and tribunals in order to identify cases of economic and patrimonial violence that affects women.Specific Objective 4: Analyze the data provided by jurisprudential sources in order to offer a first characterization of the patrimonial and economic violence that affects women.
Objetivo General: Determinar las fuentes de información estadística y jurídica apropiadas y confiables para poder caracterizar la violencia patrimonial y económica en Colombia.Objetivo Específico 1: Realizar un barrido de identificación de fuentes de información estadística oficial y no oficial disponibles que permitan recabar datos sobre violencia patrimonial y económica que afecta a las mujeres.Objetivo Específico 2: Analizar los datos que arrojan las fuentes de información estadística oficial y no oficial con el fin de ofrecer una primera caracterización de la violencia patrimonial y económica que afecta a las mujeres.Objetivo Específico 3: Realizar un barrido de identificación de jurisprudencia en las altas cortes y tribunales con el fin de identificar casos de violencia económica y patrimonial que afecta a las mujeres.Objetivo Específico 4: Analizar los datos que arrojan las fuentes jurisprudenciales con el fin de ofrecer una primera caracterización de la violencia patrimonial y económica que afecta a las mujeres.
