The graduate diploma also falls within the paradigm of new criminal law, which places an emphasis on the field of economics, providing opportunities to work in the field of business criminal law.Our primary objective is to train legal professionals who are interested in the area of criminal law, the theory of crime and punishment, and dogmatic and case law analysis of the main punishable acts of the special part, with a focus on economic criminal law and on strengthening knowledge and skills specific to the criminal procedural system.
