To achieve the objective purposed, the document will be divided in three sections: The first part will analyze who it was the foreign policy of France and Saudi Arabia before the emergency of the Islamic State (“EL INICIATORIO”). It is important to highlight that this terrorist group is the one who generates the change in foreign policy of both states. The second part will analyze the emergency of the Islamic State (EL ESTÍMULO), and finally, the third section will expose the foreign policy changes generated by (EL ESTÍMULO) or by the emergency of the Islamic State (EL IMPLEMENTATIVO).
