The pathology of the initial trucut biopsy reported atypical stromal and fusocellular proliferation of difficult classification of nature and biological behavior to be defined by immunoperoxidases, which favored myofibroblastoma, extension studies were negative. Conservative surgery was performed with quadrantectomy with harpoon marking guided by ultrasound. The patient did not receive additional treatment or medication.
