This case study is a preliminary analysis of a larger investigation on the leadership role in the group enterprise Bolívar (Compañía Seguros Bolívar S.A., Seguros Comerciales Bolívar S.A. y Capitalizadora Bolívar S.A.), referred to in the document Seguros Bolívar. Initially analyzed, conceptualized and identified the dimensions of transformational leadership raised by Dr. Alberto Espinosa, then briefly describes the corporate culture of the organization under study, then designed and applied the semi-structured interview to eight senior executives (Presidents and Vice presidents), and finally with the information obtained categorical analysis was performed to infer the degree of correspondence of transformational leadership in Seguros Bolívar.
