This research focuses on the analysis of the factors that influence most frequently in the entrepreneurship failure in Colombia, and to consider its proximity to the logistics concept as an activity for the development of entrepreneurship in the country. The purpose of this research is to show that the patterns that lead to failure, which are classified within the financial, organizational, operational, environmental, marketing or human resources categories, have a level of incidence in failure, so it can be run an analysis to show the order of the six categories listed according to their impact in failure and in turn, provide strategies to reduce the chances of failure in entrepreneurship.
