This article aims to explain the structure of the area of Social Responsibility of Pacific E& P , using a descriptive process, which explains the operation and development of the structure of CSR. This work is developed under a strategic matrix which includes variables such as evolution of the area (history), platform strategy (action plan that develops a competitive advantage of the company), division of labor (work fragmentation and specialization among their workforces) and finally the coordination of work (sync workforces). The results obtained from this study show the different work units of the organization and how to work the same, under the framework of Corporate Social Responsibility.
