The research named Administration in Human Resources in Cruises corresponded to the academic and scientific study that was addressed from the business mission degree work program, attached to the Business Administration program, belonging to the Universidad del Rosario de Colombia. The study was conducted in 2017, and its main objective was to review the human talent of the personnel working on board the cruise ship Enchantment of the Seas, who are registered with Royal Caribbean International as a Vision cruise. The methodology used was quantitative, with a quantitative-exploratory approach, with a population of 7 workers on board the cruise. The instruments that were used were the questionnaire and systematic observation, in order to gather as much information as possible to determine and validate the proposed approach to the problem.
