  • As a graduation project, this work consists of a theoretical review of the concepts of leadership, power and influence, together with the possible relationships that may arise among them. To do this, each concept is defined individually, and on this basis, identifies the dependency that have these concepts and the importance within the current transformational leadership development. To achieve the proposed, was held the revision of a part of the academic literature in books, magazines academic, databases and documents related to the topics and concepts covered. Based on that, it was understood the evolution of the concept of leadership and the approaches presented since the Decade of the 1920´s to the present, along with the model of full range and type transactional and transformational leadership, to then define the role and the importance of the concepts of power, types of power, influence and influence tactics , and therefore, to identify the possible relationships that occur between the concepts and the importance of these in the current organizational environment.
