This academic project started from the need to understand how the accelerated development in soccer increasingly affects minors who seek to be professional soccer players, especially from developing countries. Taking as a starting point the regulations of FIFA and the jurisprudence of sports courts at the international level, will be determined if what’s stipulated by these has created the appropriate regime to avoid violations and injustices against minor athletes when being transferred internationally.
