To respond to this, the working conditions in which the workers of the digital location platforms that are part of the collaborative economy find themselves are investigated, which, during the Covid-19 pandemic, became evident that they are non-existent in attention to their independent nature and the absence of a regulatory framework that regulates work on these digital platforms and recognizes rights and obligations for the parties involved. It is taken as international and national reference articles that reflect that the relationship between the growth of digital location platforms and the increase in the informality rate results in the lack of regulation that protects the workers who are part of it, for which concludes in the need for the State, in compliance with its duty, to regulate these new forms of work that arise from employment in digital platforms of collaborative economy.
