In the development of this work there is described the philosophy of TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MANAGMENT (TPM) and the plan of implementation of this is developed for a company of the poultry Colombian sector known as MAQUIAVICOLA LTDA. This implementation has for aim optimize the execution of the productive processes that exist inside the company in order to increase his productivity. From the description of the concepts and tools that contemplates this philosophy, there is designed a plan of implementation that is going to allow to apply this model to the development of the daily processes of the company, contributing to the improvement of indicators of management.
