  • Over the years, more people are becoming interested and concerned about the environment, which leads many to change aspects of their lives, from their likes and hobbies to their buying patterns; likewise, companies have become aware of the changes in their consumers, so they require knowledge of marketing and consumer behavior to understand them, act accordingly and find opportunities to exploit in the market, which has generated a growth in research on related topics such as emotional marketing, neuromarketing and pro-environmental and sustainable behavior. The purpose of this article is to analyze the literature developed around the relationship between neuroscience, pro-environmental behavior, and emotional marketing, identifying the growth trend over time, the relevant authors, the most important journals, the countries where it has been mainly studied and the most cited works, and to provide future lines of research. The following article presents a bibliometric analysis carried out with 505 academic productions extracted from the Scopus database, where the results suggest that the production of articles related to the topic has increased in the last two years, but Latin America is not among the regions with the highest production of texts; also, it is evident that the main topics are: Neuromarketing, Consumer behavior, Green marketing, Pro-environmental behavior, Consumer neuroscience, Marketing. The above is done to contribute to the research that is being carried out with ROSYCARE's ecological cosmetic products.
