  • The following article reflects the Strategic Outcomes from an investigation conducted in two educational institutions in Cucunubá municipality, located in the department of Cundinamarca, following the intervention and the amendment of the IEP (Institutional Educative Project) made by Compartir Foundation and FUNUSEN Foundation. For the purposes of this article, the objective focuses on the search and identification of the organizations Strategic Outcomes articulated to the conditions traced by the environment, in order to identify the course of action and finding possible solutions for scenarios such as; school dropouts, low interest to finish de school and return to their places of origin, as well as the relevance of the programs to make the education an inclusive and appropriate space. For this, a configuration and an environmental analysis were made, starting from macro tendencies to particularities of the region, seeking to identify how, through the PEI, these EIs are articulated to the conditions traced by the environment. Which in turn could lead to changes conducive to the configuration of strategic responses.
