The following document is a literature review article, based on the concept of leadership and the influence of football coaches achieved success and had the opportunity to analyze the basic concepts of how they achieved their achievements in one of the sports with greater worldwide audience. The objective of this literature review article is to characterize the main contributions of coaches who have reflected on their practices in the technical direction of football, synthesizing their works and extracting the main lessons applicable to the field of administration.
