  • This study analyzes the existence of community concepts and strategies by making a match between a company in the field of health and social services and the know-how of current marketing strategies and the influence that this company have in their performance that may have on their relationship with the environment. To make sure of this, studies were approach by choosing a representative case with a company in sector mention above. Then, propositions and protocols were defined. Multiple sources of evidence were used as documents, reports, financial performance and other information related to different economy sectors; therefore all of this was analyzed under logical evidence. As a conclusion, the company, in the field of social and health services, do not use concepts nor community strategies that could benefit from appropriate use of community strategies in their relationship with the community.
