  • In recent years, the cruise industry has been successful and attracting new customers. One of the reasons for success has been the management of human talent as a broad process comprising a series of strategies focused on meeting employee expectations and personal and professional development. In this document, we analyze the processes related to the management of human talent and the scope that these can have in the performance of employees in their daily activities. Specifically, the case of Royal Caribbean International was examined from a qualitative perspective.
