This research analyzes the dynamics and social relations in the implementation of a study of organizational culture in a particular ethnographic stage. The purpose of this research is to analyze the study of organizational culture as a technique of government with specific negotiated, agreed and established practices, in the framework of employee participation in the study conducted by the company.
