abstract

  • The objective of this chapter is to know the effects that the Covid-19 pandemic has generated, on the occasion of the measures adopted by the National Government, regarding workplace harassment in the field of all contractual modalities of service provision. Likewise, identify the shortcomings, gaps in national legislation and risks that employers face in terms of workplace harassment, and that have come to the surface due to the Covid-19 pandemic, not only in the teleworking modality, but even from yesteryear in presence. A brief recount will be made on the regulations on workplace harassment in Latin American and European countries, as well as the recent international conventions adopted by the International Labor Organization-ILO.
