Carpal instabilities, consisting in a group of ligament injuries at the carpal level that occur in patients with trauma of the wrist that are susceptible to reconstruction, associated arthroscopic management, it is observed in these injuries is necessary an early management for an adequate rehabilitation, considering the large number of ligament injuries that can go unnoticed without an adequate diagnosis, non-repair of ligaments can translate into a progressive injury, which destabilizes the radiocarpal and mid-carpal joint with subsequent osteoarthritis developing a significant functional limitation for the patient. With the following case report we want to describe the application of the Corella´s (2013) technique associated with arthroscopy, for management of scapholunate ligament injuries and their three-dimensional repair with early improvement of mobility, reduction of pain with less injury of the joint capsule and decreasing the stiffness compare with open procedures.
