This paper is an investigative analysis that seeks to explore the main features that describe and constitute the identity of two High Education Institutions in Colombia. It seeks to identify the characteristics of convergence and divergence between them, as well as inquire about the impact of change processes in the formation of a solid identity for being enduring enterprises.
