This work refers to the identification of Corporate Social Responsability as an estrategy of a domiciliary healthcare institution located in Bogotá with operationsin Pereira and Armenia. The theory, concepts and actions that contribute to a social responsible strategy are described. For its theoretical and practical development, the ISO 26OOO and Ramiro Restrepo Gonzalez´stext: Responsabilidad social: Nuevas teorías, nuevas prácticas (Social responsability: New theories, new practices) were used. From this, a diagnosis instrument was adapted and applied to the stakeholders allowing to measure the current state of the responsible practices. Further, it was analized the chain value of the company, and over this, possible actions were traced to strengthen the Social Responsability Strategy as a value aggregator. With these elements, action lines are proposed to a socially responsible management model, vital to the company`s market continuity in long range.
