In the present document, a group of management mistakes related to the functions that some managers or director of the tertiary sector are assigned, was detected, analized and consolidated. Some special cases were approached, like the mistakes made by Philips Colombia S. A. S, Team Foods Colombia S. A and Cencosud Colombia managers in Bogotá. As a result of the study, practical and applicable solutions were propossed to the managers of this organizations, through future decisions that allow approaching the solutions to the found errors and facilitate the improvement of the future management in these organizations or where they are assigned to develop management functions related to the their positions. The interest in issues related to business reality, management and administrative and executive management in organizations were elements which supported reason and motivation to carry out this research. The opportunity to build a theoretical and practical contribution to represent the facts about managerial errors in organizations that complement the concepts presented by different authors in related subjects and that through the process of research and implementation of a tool that consolidated group errors in which managers incurred under study in this research.
