  • This paper analyzes the characteristics of the area and critical programs that are implemented in the area of Human Resources for DHL Panama. This analysis is carried out in an investigative way through the direct visit to the DHL Panama facilities and a review of literature on the area of human resources and its implementation, as well as research references on DHL in other regions. Such information was discussed with what was revealed in the visit so we found concepts such as empowerment, its emphasis on talent, the challenge of innovation, its influence on other companies and its potential in training. In conclusion, a motivating organizational culture was demonstrated, a broad focus on continuous development and creativity as well as its leadership within the sector. This document allows us to inspire the strategic position of human resources within multinationals and serves as a guide for future implementations.
