He just Latin America and Spain for its colonial historical tradition; with the aim of knowing the position of this community to the global process of health in the world. The final group parameterised criteria are applied from the theoretical review, to answer the questions based on the implications of the PSE in the current thinking of the scientific production in the field of physical activity; and how the other categories of analysis are obvious or not. The scientific quality index CASPe, determines the relevance of the texts. On the theoretical side, we find that PSE category, despite being widely used, has a fuzzy conceptualization. Therefore, a definition of PSE supported by the sociological thought is proposed. On the empirical side, by tracking variables that the PSE is replaced in the investigations, there are large differences and the use of multiple and disparate subcategories.
