  • The development of this document constitutes an investigation into the attitudes of managers towards the adoption of e-learning as a tool in Bogota organizations. For this we conducted a survey of 101 managers, based on the type of convenience sampling, this in order to identify their attitudes towards the use of e-learning and its influence within the organization. The result was that the attitudes of managers influence the use of e-learning tools, as well as actions that promote their use and attitudes of employees, on the other hand was identified beliefs related to the appropriation e-learning tools and enabling factors of using these, influence the attitudes of managers. This corresponds to the analysis carried out from the results against the empirical studies found and the theoretical framework developed.
