  • This booklet is a product of the Public Health master's degree at the Universidad del Rosario, based on the healthy, inclusive and diverse initial education project carried out in the Codito sector; with the aim of strengthening the promotion and maintenance of health in the communities, with families being the fundamental basis of our society, with all the capacities to participate in the training and education of our children in home, educational and community settings. This booklet is aimed at the community, and built observing the need expressed by the community mothers of the project, around the habits, bad health practices that they observed in children and parents, and seeks to generate knowledge on the importance of adequate practices. health, adequate community organization for the benefit of the health of the members, healthy lifestyles, adequate times for activities to promote the health, and specific protection such as vaccination, health care, screening, and encourage reflection on the identification of the determining factors that affect the adequate health well-being of the same community.
