abstract

  • The development of this study takes place due to the problems facing the club as a result of the low attendance of spectators to the games in which the professional male football team officiates as the local, from the perspective of the administration and sports marketing. Within the realization of the study, the survey is used as a tool for the collection of information, which allows to establish the factors that most influence the attendance of the followers of the club to the mentioned games, among which are, the level of identity that the club has with the city of Bogotá, the affinity that the followers feel with the values that the club shows as an institution, among others. Additionally, in relation to the secondary objectives of the research, the main characteristics of the followers and the games organized by the club are presented in the results.Finally, the realization of this project is aligned with the objectives that arise from the Marketing and Finance research line, to the extent that it will contribute to the generation of knowledge in the marketing area, in addition to establishing the impact of this area in the performance of companies.
