Servientrega S. A. is a successful and enduring enterprise. Through this study sought to analyze what factors have allowed Servientrega to be this their reality, under the framework set by the research of the Faculty of Management, University of Rosario which determines the 13 components of the sustainability business. An approach to the levels of management and organizational leadership allowed the identification from the growth process, the crisis that has faced and how he has managed to recover from them, the highlights that make Servientrega maintained over time. In order to complete the analysis and development of this paper, primary and secundary information were collected through 54 surveys. Thses were answered by employees of the company in which it was intended to investigate the principal aspects that the Faculty of Management considered were key factors por the perdurability of an enterprise. In the same way, a personal interview was done to the founders of Servientrega, Mrs. Luz Mary Guerrero and Mr. Jesus Guerrero.
