  • The purpose of this exploratory-type investigation is to determine whether or not there is a relationship between organizational justice and quality of work life perceived by employees of a mining organization in Colombia. Using the organizational justice scale of Colquitt and the WRQoL of Van Laar, Edwards & Easton, a multiple correspondence analysis was carried out determining the apparent existence between the perceptions of organizational justice and quality of working life, which is explained by the heterogeneity of the perception of the employees of the productive area of the mining sector, that is, that there is no single predominant profile within the dimensions observed.
