Objective: To evaluate the difference in quality of life, depression and anxiety among patients with reduced LVEF, mid-range and preserved in a fourth-level complexity institution. Methodology: We analyzed 148 patients who attended the cardiac rehabilitation program of a fourth level hospital in Bogotá. Three scales were applied: Minnesota test, Goldberg test for depression and anxiety Results: It was found a significant association between the quality of life score and depression, anxiety, (p = 0.0005) polypharmacy (p = 0.006) and dyslipidemia. (p = 0.08) Conclusions: The analyzed population presented a moderate compromise in the quality of life with a significant risk for anxiety, which was evaluated across quantitative methods.
