This work was done during the months of June and July of 2010 at the facilities of the company Onlypharm Ltda in Bogotá City with the support of the management team composed of Yamile Rojas Romero (General Management) and Gustavo Hernández Hernández (Assistant). The work is the detailed development of an export plan of the product more representative of the organization at the time: a ectoparasiticide Amitraz 20.8% for livestock. In this plan are discussed possible export destinations emphasizing the organizations limited experience in this practice, and is determined to be started exporting to San Pedro Sula in Honduras. The proyect is financially attractive to investors, and is scheduled to be implemented in September 2010, and as a starting point the recommendations and conclusions of this study are going to be taken into account.
