  • In recent years, the client has taken a leading role in organizations, therefore, they always seek to provide the best service and / or product for the purpose that they choose them first and thus can loyalty them. For this it is necessary that organizations can differentiate themselves from their main competitors and seek to offer them something that other companies do not offer, this happens in most sectors. This time we will talk about the courier sector, more specifically Servientrega, a Colombian company that has sought to excel in this sector, both nationally and internationally. In order to make Servientrega stand out he decided to create three competitive advantages, which are part of his differentiation. For the above, the objective is to analyze whether these competitive advantages of Servientrega can ensure that customers and / or potential clients of Servientrega would be loyal to the company, in addition to finding out which or which they consider the main shortcomings of this company.
