abstract

  • This work was created out in order to have a complete overview of the theories of leadership, with this conception as a process and to examine the various forms of application in contemporary organizations. The subject is approached from an organizational perspective, an equally complex world, while recognizing their importance in other areas such as education, politics and the direction of the state. His approach has to do with the academic study of which is the completion and is part of the constitutional perspective of Colombian Political Charter which recognizes the paramount importance of economic activity and private initiative in setting up businesses. The different views of leadership have been applied in different ways in contemporary organizations and have generated mixed results. Today, it is not possible to think of an organization that has not made its way to leadership and therefore converge in many business field theories, but may be said that one of them will allow proper management and compliance with mission objectives. For this reason we have come to think of leadership as a complex function in a world where the same organizations are characterized not only by the complexity of their actions and their shape, but also because this feature also belongs to the world of globalization.Organizations as machines designed metaphorically reconstituted manage their structures as they interact with others in the globalizing world. Adapt to changing circumstances make permanent organizations cluster dynamics and evolution. In this context it can be said that leadership is also complex and transformational leadership is the one that comes closest to the sense of complexity.
